Size and Fit Guide

It is our goal to provide detailed information of each product we sell so you can purchase products that fits perfectly on your body; therefore, we have added a Fit and Sizing section to each product page.

We recommend that you take your body measurements prior to purchasing in order to get your perfect fitting swimwear.

Shipping and Handling

General Information

We ship to USA only with USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express services.

USPS Priority charges are flat rate based on product(s) size and weight.

USPS Priority Express charges are calculated based on shipping address and product(s) size and weight.

Orders are only shipped to real USA addresses. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO are not accepted.

Orders containing multiple pieces may arrive in different shipments.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 11am Eastern Time (GMT -4 hours), excluding weekends and holidays, typically are shipped on the same day.

Items listed as pre-order or backordered will be shipped as soon items are available.

Occasionally, an item shown as in-stock may not be available, in these cases, we will notify you and inform when we expect additional inventory. If the item will not be restocked, we will be happy to help you shop for a suitable alternative or cancel the item from your order with no additional charges.

Tracking and Signature

All shipments include tracking service. Customer will receive an email with the tracking information once the order is shipped.

Signature confirmation is required for orders above $700.00.

Non-Received Items, Wrong Address, and Returns

If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the client will be charged the actual shipping charges incurred (not as per above table). The price of the item, minus actual shipping charges and any unpaid duties, will be credited once we receive the item from the shipping company.

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of God, or natural disasters.

Customers who contact us after the proper shipping transit time claiming that their items were never delivered are eligible for a replacement item or store credit only. Please note that you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

Payment and Taxes

Payments can be made using any major credit card.

Taxes are calculated based on the customer shipping address taking into consideration the total merchandise cost without shipping and handling fees.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every order; however, we understand that, occasionally, you may want to return items because they are not quite right for you.

To make a return, Contact Us within 30 days of items original delivery date informing your order number and the items in your order that will be returned.

We will review your request, request additional information, if needed, and provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a USPS return label by email.

Once RMA number and UPS return label are received, follow instructions to return items within 5 business days.

Using our USPS return label will result in an $13.65 shipping fee deducted from the total amount returned to you. The return label may be used free of charge for orders originally over $100. When using our USPS return label, drop the package off at any USPS drop box or store location or schedule a pickup (additional fees may apply).

If you do not use our USPS return label, we recommend that you request tracking and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost or unconfirmed return shipments.

Exchanges

If you just need to exchange your product to a different size and/or color, please place a second order for the new item and return the original following the procedure described above. Once we receive your return, a credit will be issued in the original payment method.

Conditions

Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any sanitary protection labels in place.

We do NOT accept items that have been worn, washed, abused, soiled, stained, altered, soiled, or damaged in any way.

Please avoid getting makeup, tanning cream, deodorant, sunscreen, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the client, no credit will be issued, the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims.

We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that fit and style are to your liking.

Sales and Clearance Items

Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more of full price or marked as Clearance are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Goods

We are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To fulfill this commitment, all our products undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.

Please note once tags are removed from any item, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur, and the warranty policy is voided.
